Application

HARDUN series car full fiber furnace are mainly used for hardening, annealing and ageing of high chromium or high manganese steel castings, die steels, rolls, steel balls, breaking hammers and wear-resisting line-plates, they also can be used for heat treatment for large mechanical parts.

Product Feature

The lining of HARDUN series car full fiber furnace is full fiber structure, compared with refractory brick hearth, it can save energy by 30-60%, the high quality fiber is standard specifications produced by special equipment, what's more, during manufacturing of this fiber, there should be certain draught, which can ensure ceramic fiber expand at all directions and form a no-gap refractory structure, and finally ensure good heat insulating characteristic. The fiber can be directly fixed on the steel plate of the furnace shell with stainless nail. Compared with other products, it has low heat conductivity, low heat capacity, corrosion-resistance, good thermal stability and heat insulation.

Heating elements are made of high temperature electric-resistant alloy which is belt-shaped or spiral-shaped, and they are respectively fixed on bricks on sides, door, back and pallet of the furnace with high aluminum ceramic nails, which ensure safety and neatness.

There is pressure and high temperature resistant cast steel bottom plate on the pallet, in case of dropping of oxide scale around heating elements, the bottom plate and furnace body are connected in inserted mode, usually, you 'd better clean pallet bottom plate with compressed air once a week, which can prevent short circuit caused by oxide scale of workpieces.

The furnace door system is comprised by door, lifting structure and hold down mechanism. The door is welded with section steel and plates, inside is refractory fiber, which should be heat-insulating and light.

Lifting device is powered by electricity, and it consists of furnace door, lifting crossbeam, speed reducer and sprocket, drive shaft, bearing and etc, lifting of furnace door is realized through backward and forward drive of speed reducer. There is brake apparatus matched with lifting system. Door hold-down mechanism adopts nationally advanced spring hold-down structure, when furnace needs to be lifted, door loose by lever and go up after certain horizontal displacement, when door is in-position, the lever make the door move horizontally to reach a seal state through elastic force, there is no friction between fibers of furnace door and furnace mouth, which is safe and durable.

For HARDUN series car full fiber furnace, their pallets are weld with section steel, which can ensure no-deformation under heavy load, inside is refractory bricks, there is heavy bricks in easily impact and load bearing parts. The pulley move on the track by drive chain of speed reducer. The pallet seal automatically after going up. When pallet drives out, sealing tank falls automatically, There is sand in the seal tank. The lifting of door is powered by electricity, and there is electromagnetic braker which can prevent the door from knocking furnace body due to intertia. When you open the door, the power for heating elements is cut off, while the power for pallet is on. When the door is closed, the power for pallet is cut and power for heating elements is on.

In order to shorten cooling time, there is air exhaust system installed on the top of the furnace,

When it is heating time, the exhaust appliance is power off, and when the temperature falls to certain value, you can start it, the operation can be manual or automatic.

We use microcomputer program control cabinet to control and record working temperature. It can perform functions such as heating up, heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
